A Tale of Two Salaries
Life as an administrator is good. As faculty? Eh.
Faculty Climate Surveys These two surveys, from 2011 and 2013, provide a clear view of how faculty feel about working at OCC. And since the teaching provided by the faculty is the main reason students are in college at all, the morale of these “stakeholders” is crucial to their success. Together, the surveys tell a story quite different from the “nirvana of workplace joy and success”* narrative put forth by the administration.
